Nana Ice Cream Anyone?

Just discovered the most amazing substitute for ice cream… nana ice cream! It’s essentially made of frozen bananas. See recipe below – seriously it is delicious with the texture of soft serve ice cream. Mike (the hubs) couldn’t believe how delicious it was (and he looooves his ice cream)!

Ingredients:

– Frozen bananas

-Peanut butter

-Milk

Recipe:

Cut bananas into 4 or 5 smaller pieces. Freeze for 4 hours of overnight.

Put 4 pieces of banana, 2 teaspoons of peanut butter and 3 tablespoons of milk. Mix in a blender. It takes some time for everything to blend together and make a smooth cream – eventually it does get there. Scoop and enjoy!
